Our new Lamigator is the first machine that can produce traditional starch based, or PVA adhesive, bonded corrugated sheets or laminated sheets using PVA adhesive, all in one solution.
Possibilities are Sheet to Web and Web to Web production in Singlewall and Doublewall configurations. The Lamigator switches between product functions quickly, efficiently, and intelligently—all within a compact footprint.
The Lamigator has versatility built in. An innovative doublefacer has been introduced into the litho-laminator design for traditional corrugated production of sheets, or open face doublewall for sheet to roll production. Innovations and know-how developed on the corrugator have brought measurable reductions in PVA consumption. Versatility is built in that combines a special dry end that integrates both the laminator and corrugator dry end functions.
The Lamigator is “built for the future” for maximum variability in corrugated board production. All of Fosber’s software suites are available. Compatible with Syncro WetEnd, DryEnd and Process Controls. Pro/Care, Quality, Target Speed Supervisor, Realtime Production Supervisor and Data Traceability Supervisor.
The Lamigator offers Dual Glue Support both PVA glue and starch. It does not need a pit to reach the dry end. It also offers production flexibility that has the ability to produce both laminated and traditional corrugated board with Cut to Pattern and Optional Scoring available.
