The system continuously monitors the corrugator using a network of AI-enabled infrared cameras and particulate sensors that can distinguish between steam, smoke, and dust—a crucial capability in the high-temperature, moisture-rich corrugating environment. When a potential ignition source is detected, FireSafe 360 immediately stops the machine, sounds an audible alarm, and notifies operators and management. The system automatically displays a live image of the affected area on every screen across the plant, helping personnel locate and respond to the threat within seconds—critical in large, complex corrugator lines where visibility is limited. If necessary, FireSafe 360 can automatically spray or douse the area with water and even be programmed to alert the fire department. Its AI-driven IR cameras detect temperature anomalies and continually learn to improve detection accuracy. These rugged “bullet-proof” cameras are waterproof, vibration-resistant, temperature-resistant, and backed by a five-year warranty. All activity and sensor data is recorded for review and assessment, creating a valuable record for maintenance and safety evaluation. Equipped with a 4K high-resolution camera, the system provides sharper, more accurate warp measurement and correction. It is also easier to install, requiring only one ultra-wide-angle camera and laser per level, which reduces the space and time needed for installation. The integrated AI delivers Auto-Correction, automatically compensating for operator input errors to maintain precise board control. Both the camera and laser are protected by a five-year warranty, underscoring Copar’s commitment to reliability and long-term value. The system can easily be retrofit to replace previous systems.

Vaper Logic AI™ Zoned Moisture Management – Smarter, Cleaner, Closed-Loop Control

The Vaper Logic AI system introduces a new level of intelligent moisture management. Unlike previous pulsed sprays, it atomizes water into a fine mist, ensuring consistent and efficient moisture application. With AI-driven logic, the system automatically detects, corrects, and verifies adjustments through a closed-loop control process. Scoreboard™ 2.0 – Real-Time Recognition and Motivation

Rounding out the updates is Scoreboard 2.0, a 98-inch (30% larger than the original) production monitor that keeps the entire team informed and motivated. The extra-large format display presents more production data including cause-and-effect details in real time.
