Rockwelle 4.0 is a next generation tungsten based coating designed to meet modern processing demands. It extends coating durability to E, F, G/N, and other microflute profiles that traditionally remained uncoated or relied on chrome coating. A refined application process delivers approximately 10% higher material hardness than previous tungsten based coatings, providing a significant life extension on fine flutes.Thermogrooves and CCS Siphon
Proper heat transfer is essential to flute formation. Conventional corrugating rolls build up a condensate barrier inside the roll, which restricts heat transfer and creates cold spots on the surface.
