Built to Work Harder, Last Longer, and Deliver More
At TCY, we design and manufacture corrugated machinery that’s built to work harder, last longer, and help our customers serve their customers better. Since 1959, we’ve been perfecting our craft in corrugators, flexo folder gluers (FFGs), and rotary die cutters (RDCs). Our machines are proven in plants across the globe, operating reliably in every climate and production environment. Thousands of operators depend on TCY equipment every day—because we build machinery that stands the test of time.Precision Built, From the Ground Up
From our manufacturing headquarters in Taiwan, we produce around 70% of each machine in-house—from the frame to the core components. The remaining 30% comes from a carefully selected group of world-class suppliers known for quality, reliability, and global availability. We even manufacture our own anilox rolls and develop our own software, ensuring complete integration, long-term performance, and stable support for decades to come.A Complete Range for Every Application
Our FFG and RDC ranges cover everything from mini-lines (27″ × 71″) to jumbo lines up to 89″ × 217″, with both top- and bottom-print versions available across most sizes. Whatever your operation’s needs—short runs, high volume, or specialty production—there’s a TCY system built for it.QS-Series: Set-While-Run Efficiency
The QS-Series is our fully automated, all-servo-driven FFG designed for speed, precision, and flexibility. Each machine section includes three servo drives synchronized to a master servo, allowing individual registration with a print-to-print accuracy of ±0.35 mm. Because the servo control is integrated into each print unit, operators can make adjustments while the machine is running and there is no need to stop and re-zero. The QS system also automatically calculates the fastest path to zero-point, further reducing setup time. Available from 26″ × 71″ (QS-618) to 50″ × 108″ (QS-1227), the QS range is ideal for plants running short orders with frequent changeovers. The mini-line reaches speeds up to 400 feeds per minute, while larger lines can handle multi-fold jobs (2- or 3-out) for maximum efficiency.N-Series: Versatile, High-Speed Performance
The N-Series is our high-speed open/close platform, combining full automation with 100% accurate job recall. It’s available in FFG or RDC formats and covers everything from mini-line through mid-line to full jumbo configurations. While the standard model is gear-driven, a servo-driven option is also available. Customers can tailor the N-Series precisely to their needs—choosing from sizes such as 38″, 50″, 66″, or 89″. The N11 Jumbo (89″) model is especially popular in North America. Available from 165″ to 217″ formats, it’s designed for heavy-duty packaging but equally capable with single- or double-wall grades, achieving speeds up to 100 sheets per minute. From pallet boxes and bulk bins to Octabins and XXL packaging for agriculture, electronics, and heavy engineering, the N11 delivers consistent quality across every application. It can be configured as a full inline casemaker or a rotary die cutter with stacker, with a wide range of options including inline stitching, taping, counter-ejector, and automated palletizing—the ultimate jumbo case-making line.Service, Support, and Long-Term Value
Every TCY machine is backed by a comprehensive service network. Our rotating factory-trained staff, English-speaking technicians, North American partners, and European support team provide on site expertise, whilst our 24/7 service hotline and remote connection service offers peace of mind to keep your machines running at peak performance. We maintain an extensive parts inventory with 24–48-hour dispatch for all major models. Customers can also take advantage of our consignment parts program, designed to minimize downtime and simplify maintenance. We ensure that TCY owners experience one of the lowest total costs of ownership in the corrugated industry. We know that true performance isn’t just about speed or automation—it’s about uptime. And that’s the metric that really matters to our customers.Built for Decades of Proven Value
For more than six decades, TCY has been helping box plants around the world run better, faster, and more reliably. Our customers know that investing in TCY means investing in long-term value—machinery that grows with your business for the next 20 years and beyond. TCY: Proven performance. Trusted partnership. Built to last.
