We’ve been providing innovative solutions to our customers since 1972, the year Mel, a University of Minnesota Mechanical Engineering graduate, started the company. Our relationships with many customers, including 3M, actually pre-date our founding. Those longstanding connections continue to this day, thanks to our consistent ability to develop innovative solutions for a variety of industries with constantly evolving needs. Mel’s successors, Dennis Schuette and Mark Buettner, remain leaders in providing our customers with solutions that stick.
