Our additives applications are supported by our industry-leading technical service. With each corrugating additives application, HarperLove’s full-service approach is included. This can be routine testing and monitoring of the adhesive process and support of corrugator operations. It can also involve assistance in solving issues as they arise. Our service focuses on corrugator efficiency and waste reduction and getting the most out of your operations.
As an added service, we have a team focused on Control Systems performance. This program is available for a fee with the goal of your control system being fully operational at the end of the visit. For an $18,000 investment, this program often returns $1,500,000 in corrugator efficiency and waste savings.
Additive Solutions
HarperLove’s additives are used throughout the industry to produce high-quality corrugated products. Our additives are formulated to help your products meet a specific end user need while maximizing corrugator speed and reducing waste.
Liquid Performance Products
Multibond has been an industry standard for many years for efficient production of high-performance corrugated products.
Within the performance range we have polymer-based products with and without resin to meet your end user requirements. Our newest product, BoardLok C, is our maximum performance product for use on high-speed corrugators.
Borax Replacement Liquids
We offer a full range of products for your starch reaction needs. Our concentrated LiquiBor C is used throughout the industry for dry borax replacement. LiquiBor is used when a slurry borax product is required. NoBor is available where borax is regulated. Our latest innovation in starch reactive products is LiquiGel B/C. This product replaces borax AND caustic producing a more reactive starch-based adhesive.
Additional Products
OBM-B is an industry standard when a dry ready-to-cook starch is required. This product is widely used on Asitrade type corrugators and when siloed starch is not an option. XM-5 Penetrant is available for hard to bond substrates. We also offer a wide range of cleaning products for your starch cleaning needs.
