MANUFACTURING

The Production Control System (PCS) automates scheduling 24/7. Every 15 minutes, the schedule is adjusted automatically for hot order inserts, board and tooling availability, setup savings opportunities, and more. This process improves production efficiency and throughput, and reduces downtime, waste, and costs. Corrugator Scheduling and the Continuous Automated Scheduling Environment work together with PCS to automate the scheduling process and:

INVENTORY and LOGISTICS

The Truck Scheduling System (TSS) works with the Production Control System (PCS) to automatically plan loads and reduce shipping costs by reducing mileage requirements and increasing truck volume utilized. The Unit Load Tracking (ULT) system improves inventory control, accuracy, and efficiency in shipping by tracking the location, movement, and loading of FGS units. WIP tracking is also possible. The Supply Chain Simulator (SCS) identifies monthly roll stock orders on a continuous basis to optimize corrugator production efficiency and reduce the cost of side trim, unnecessary upgrades, and waste.

The Roll Stock System (RSS):

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
