Mainline Conveyor Systems was founded in 1991 by Roger Brown as R&D Supplies, serving the corrugated industry with power transmission components and conveyor parts. With decades of experience at leading conveyor suppliers, Roger built the company on a simple promise: deliver quality parts and service at a fair price. For over 30 years, Brown led the company as Mainline went through many new expansions and changes. As customer needs evolved, Mainline began manufacturing conveyors, assembling a team of top-tier engineers to design custom equipment and devices.
The next chapter
In 2022, Roger passed the torch to Terry Smith, a former employee with a strong tech background and a vision for growth. Under Terry’s leadership, Mainline has transformed into what it is today—a thriving business headquartered in a 96,000-square-foot facility in Mooresville, IN.Rethinking conveyor solutions
