Recognizing What the Customer is Asking For

What do our customers want? It is often not what we think they do, or even what they think they do. Sometimes our customers do not know that what they are asking for is difficult, and therefore expensive, difficult to manufacture, or will not really suit their needs…and sometimes they do not know they have expectations that are set too low, and we can do better.

There are lots of opportunities to explore guiding our customers to a place where they will be happier, and we will be more productive.
