Alicia Gibson

MacDermid Graphics Solutions appointed Alicia Gibson as its global strategic marketing and portfolio manager. She brings with her 15 years of experience in specialty chemical and product management.

Alicia’s extensive experience in managing new product development projects will be instrumental in her new role at MacDermid, said Melanie Galloway, global senior vice president and general manager at MacDermid. She will also be tasked with working with the leadership team to further develop and implement the strategic marketing plan for MacDermid Graphic Solutions.


Electronics for Imaging (EFI) announced a new dedicated educational track for in-plant printing professionals that will be a apart of its annual Connect users’ group conference. It is designed for supervisors and managers in prepress, production, and color management at corporate, education, financial, and government in-plants, CRDs, and print centers.

“In-plant printing departments represent a large portion of EFI’s Fiery® digital front end user base, said John Henze, EFI marketing vice president, and we approached the educational program of next year’s conference with a deliberate emphasis on providing those customers the relevant, targeted, in-depth information they need to make their production operations more efficient and more valuable to their parent organizations.”


Pamarco will once again be a sponsor for the 2018 Print UV Conference in Las Vegas Feb. 26–28. Visitors will be able to learn about their Sentinel ink management system and how both their rubber and anilox rollers help UV printers. Overall, conference attendees will have the opportunity to learn from printers that have switched to UV about the latest technology, best practices, and expectations associated with converting to UV.

Rick Sullivan

C&M Conveyor appointed Richard Rick Sullivan as its new regional sales manager for the Western Territory, which includes California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and Washington. Sullivan brings with him many years of experience in sales, operations, and manufacturing management at several organizations throughout the West Coast.


Xante Corp. promoted Gary Davidson as its director of North America corporate communications. He will be responsible for developing and executing the companies overall corporate marketing communication strategies.

Gary has been a member of our product marketing team for many years, said Xante President and CEO Robert C. Ross Jr. His leadership and management in product development gives him a unique perspective and the valuable skills necessary to lead our entire communications strategy.
