TCY opens a Parts and Service facility in Chino, CA
The recent investment in dedicated TCY premises in the USA demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to support customers within these regions.
The TCY North America, Inc. facility stocks and delivers spare parts and service support for all customers in North America & Latin America.
After-sales service support can be delivered by phone, email, online video conference, or remote machine connection. The facility also has in-house mechanical and electrical field service engineers for scheduled maintenance plans and breakdown service support.
Since 2021, TCY has a group of service teams serving the North American region, conducting multiple machine audits and troubleshooting. The most important thing is to make customers feel comfortable when they invest in an equipment with the direct support from the original manufacturer. Providing solutions to solve your headache is always the way TCY does. “The most time of the past year, we were out of the California office, busy with customer service in Canada and the United States. The flagship QS-Series is the full-servo quick set range that is perfectly suited to plants that require multiple setups per shift, utilizing Fixed Type architecture and “set-while-running” capability. The QS-618 27 x 71 Mini-Line Casemaker can produce over 24,000 boxes per hour in up to 6 colors with exceptional control of fishtailing, print registration, and slot accuracy. Setups in less than 2 minutes make this series the ultimate quick-set box production specialist.
