New for Alliance Machine Systems International is our Digital Print Prefeeder. Designed for today’s sheet fed digital printers, the Digital Print Prefeeder accepts a stack of boards in the same orientation as traditional prefeeders, simplifying the infeed system requirements. The incoming stack is separated into blocks, which are inverted and transported to a right-angle transfer, then shingled and fed into the hopper of the digital printer. The prefeeder is capable of simultaneously feeding two lanes of board into the digital printer to maximize productivity.
Also new is our Inverting Top Feeder for high speed flexo folder gluers. The Inverting Top Feeder inverts the entire load, allowing it to feed over 500 blanks per minute. The Inverting Top Feeder comes in two sizes, a design for Mini lines and a design for double kick midline machines.
For the J&L Specialty Folder Gluer, Alliance has developed a QR printer option. The QR printer prints an individualized QR code to be printed on the inside of every box as it passes though the gluer. This allows traceability for every box.
For the last couple of years, the Alliance family of palletizers have been helping customers maximize productivity and weather the labor shortage storm. Whether you run E-commerce at 800 boxes per minute or pinwheel patterns at 400 boxes per minute on your high speed flexo folder gluer, Alliance has a palletizing solution that will keep up. Beyond high speed flexo folder gluers, Alliance has robotic solutions for rotary die cutters and specialty folder gluers.
