We are Custom Steam Solutions or CSSI Steam System Integrators that design and build Steam specialty manufactured products. Founded by two gents who have spent their entire careers in the steam industry with a hands-on, in-depth knowledge of steam and a strong engineering background. Last month, we moved our entire operation from Cambridge to Paris, Ontario, for more manufacturing space and capacity. After eight successful years of continued growth in Canada (Ontario) we are now in the lower 48, located in East Dundee, Illinois. Now serving the entire North American continent.

We have our own line of valves, pumps, traps, screens, and control panels. We provide the following: Engineering Services, PNID, 3D SolidWorks products, design and build control panel, programming, trap audits, energy audits, complete rental container boiler rooms, the manufacture of vessels i.e. Feedwater/hotwell tanks, DA Tanks, headers, economizers, PRVs, SCRs, etc. We are ASME-approved with the appropriate stamps of manufacture and welding in galvanized and stainless steel for SIP, CIP, and more.
