Today’s corrugators and converting equipment are running at higher speeds to produce more MSF per hour, with quicker roll change, faster setups, and higher value-added work. Being a connected enterprise enables a plant to leverage today’s fast-paced technology where success depends on automation and productivity.

At Innoveyance, we are doing our part by providing new and improved material handling equipment such as our mesh ball rotator and bundle conveyors to keep things moving in today’s corrugated plants. Our mesh ball rotator conveyor provides a rollerless surface that utilizes a modular ball-belt and integrated worm gear driven rotational disc.

Our mesh ball bundle conveyor allows our customers to achieve transfer rates in excess of 20 bundles per minute. This gives them the ability to achieve the ability to side-shift, right-angle transfer in one or two directions, rotate, and load build in a smaller footprint. It improves efficiency at the load former by grouping bundles together side-by-side, rotating orientation and reducing operator interface.

At Innoveyance, we offer our Computer Inventory Management Systems (CIMS) for full plant automation. CIMS communicates with the customer’s scheduling system and has decision-making software to move material based on the schedule. It also enables strapping systems to interface with scheduling systems and offers scrap tracking capabilities.

Being a connected enterprise means having smart devices that offer data collection and analytics and predictive maintenance that can prevent 75% of motor failures, and offering baseline comparison, improved diagnostics, and automatic notification.

Automatic strapping systems from Innoveyance offer higher throughput at 240-plus loads per hour. The systems feature high speed rotation with the Innoveyance ball-belt rotator. It includes an option for visual strap system for application of custom straps to actual load geometry. The unit utilizes a camera to scan the load and has larger capacity to store customer straps. The unit also features an automatic dunnage applicator and has the ability to interface to scheduling system for finishing data.

Innoveyance has enhanced roll stock efficiency with automatic delivery of rolls, automated butt-roll retrieval, and FIFO delivery of rolls.

Equipment from Innoveyance enables automation of a plant’s shipping and distribution because these systems are connected to the plant’s schedule and trailer loading. Our equipment offers load tiering and rotation for optimal staging efficiency, loads are pre-staged per plant customer requirements, and AGV trailer loading adaptability is offered. All Innoveyance systems can be tied to the plant’s inventory and scheduling systems.
