Robotic Cutting Intelligence: The giants of the past have had their day, we are the future

Established in 1984, Elitron manufactures a wide range of digital cutting systems and automation solutions to efficiently and effectively scale production across multiple segments. With a strong family foundation and a unique sense of innovation, Elitron symbolizes both passion and logic to explore new boundaries within finishing automation. The team of engineers, project managers, electronic technicians, designers, and researchers have established a wide portfolio of cutting systems with over 25 patented technologies to explore new boundaries and take businesses into the future.

Spark

The Spark is a flexible cutting system manufactured for prototyping and small production. For those seeking a single solution with high precision cutting, the Spark Series incorporates the most advanced technologies. The multi-tool cutting head allows for the processing of a wide variety of materials. The vacuum system is divided into independent sectors, automatically managed to create perfect adhesion. The projection system allows the operator to improve productivity, projecting virtual dies on the material.

Kombo SD and TH Series

The Kombo SD is equipped with multi-tool heads for cutting, milling, creasing, and engraving. With maximum flexibility, the SD can process different materials during the same session without changing tools, completing both short and complex production runs.

The Kombo TH has two independent cutting heads that hold up to 7 tools at the same time. This machine was designed for those with large production workloads in the corrugated, sign, and digital printing sectors.

Both the Kombo SD and TH offer the patented Seeker System that recognizes printed images wherever they are positioned on the work area. The augmented reality video projection system projects digital dies onto the material, reducing waste and cost. The cutting area is divided into up to 40 vacuum zones, automatically activated where material is detected so vacuum power is concentrated only where necessary.

Kombo TAV-R

A product of Elitron’s continuous research, the Kombo TAV-R is the most advanced cutting system for the packaging and display markets, delivering extreme speed and automation. The Kombo TAV-R is the only digital finishing solution with two independent cutting heads, underside cameras, and an automated unloading system (Airo Panel) to accelerate production and increase capacity. This system integrates a pallet transportation system from loading to unloading, to streamline production with advanced automation. With the most complete version, you will experience a real 24/7 production with minimal manual operation.

Elitron has built their business around strong partnerships, both in the industries they support and with their customers. Elitron’s partners boost capacity and create a streamlined approach to production. In addition, taking a customer-centric approach to service ensures customers satisfaction and success, leading to business growth.
