Koenig & Bauer Celmacch offers a complete range of innovative high-
performance rotary die cutters for the corrugated industry. The ChromaCUT series 66″ (1676mm) die cutters feature a robust high board line and fixed module design and are available in a full range of standard widths, including 82.6″ (2100mm), 94.5″ (2400mm), and 110.2″ (2800mm).

The Chroma series is recognized for producing the highest print quality and die cutting precision at maximum speeds with minimum downtime. It offers a complete selection of standard and optional features allowing converters to configure a machine to their specific production and budgetary needs. Versatility & Performance

The ChromaCUT High Tech™ is a top-of-the-range, state-of-the-art rotary die cutter that combines extreme print and die cut precision. A highly versatile press, it’s as suited for around-the-clock, high-speed production as it is for producing outstanding high-end graphics.

Direct drive servos enable set-while-run capabilities allowing operators maximum efficiency by setting up the next job while the current job is running. Further optimizing the setup process is the intuitive control system with memory to store and instantly recall thousands of jobs. It also features remote maintenance and fault diagnostics further minimizing potential downtime.

A standard bottom printing press, the “High Tech” is available with optional top printing flexo units for inside/outside printing. Other efficiency enhancing features include peripheral interfaces to speed set ups, an automatic anilox roll change system, motorized skew correction, and much more.

ChromaCUT X Pro™ combines the maximum in high-speed die cutting performance and precision (12,000 sph) with the ultimate in high-end flexo direct print. This state-of-the-art flexo die cutter incorporates the latest technologies, many exclusive to Koenig & Bauer, to offer the ultimate levels of print quality and productivity.

The “X Pro” includes the innovative roll-less feeder which eliminates sheet crush, Flying Job Change, which enables changeover with no feed interrupt, and print-to-cut register. Perhaps its most innovative feature is the presettable rotary die cutter for safe pre-mounting of cutting dies while the current job is running.

100% Quality Inspection

The full ChromaCUT line features Koenig & Bauer Celmacch’s 100% in-line print inspection system. High-speed cameras image and compare each sheet to preloaded order specification. If an out-of-spec blank is detected, it is ejected without interruption to production. This ensures all products delivered to the customer will meet their high-quality specifications.
